Here are a few of the ridiculous changes that are going to get you Get Comfortable all year long.
EXTENDED SERVICE HOURS: Your day is filled to the brim. And, if you work weekdays, it can be difficult to take off work. That’s why we’ve added to our workweek and extended our service hours. Now, you can schedule a service 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday – Saturday.
SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE ON SATURDAYS: Regular maintenance and cleanings are great for your system. But what good is it if you can’t find the time to have it done? Make your next maintenance easier on yourself. Schedule it on a Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
PRICE REDUCTION: We are reducing all of our maintenance agreements $10.00.
EXTENDED PAYMENT PLAN: Everyone needs preventative maintenance and a service agreement. Rather than a one-time payment in advance, you can get a monthly payment plan with credit card automatic payment options. It’s not for everyone, but it evens out the expense of maintenance and may help reduce that yearly expense.
NEW SERVICES: Quality Home Safety Service- We are offering a new maintenance plan that provides a crawl space and attic inspection as well as electrical, plumbing and moisture safety inspections. You will be hearing about this in more detail soon.
BUY BACK PROGRAM: If you need a new system and have had us repair your system within the past year, we will credit the full repair amount towards a new system purchase. Nothing is more frustrating than making an expensive repair to your system only to have it break down again within a year.
MONTHLY NEWSLETTER VIA EMAIL: We currently have a quarterly email newsletter that several hundred of our customers receive and love. It keeps you up to date with tips for things like long-term effects of leaking Freon and how to save energy on hot days. It is full of useful advice that will save you money and time. All we need is your email address.
SPECIAL NEEDS CUSTOMERS: If you are a special needs customer, you can register with us for priority service that will, depending on your need, place you ahead of the list for emergencies. Examples might be health issues such as asthma, emphysema or other respiratory disorders. We can also make special allowances for veterans with needs and heart conditions as well as elderly needs. Tell us what your needs are and we will make a permanent record that is strictly confidential and then do everything we can to keep you comfortable
LOANER WINDOW A/C UNITS: If your system goes down and you choose our services, we have a limited supply of small window units that you can borrow for up to a week. You could use it to cool a bedroom at night or other small room during the day. If you need us to deliver and install it we charge only a small fee for that but no charge for the unit itself.
NEW LEASE OPTIONS: If you are a business owner or have commercial property, replacement systems are available for lease with payments usually lower than financing them with a loan. Installation can begin immediately, no money up front or down payments needed!
AIR QUALITY OPTIONS: The moldy humid climate here sometimes aggravates allergies. You probably didn’t know it but there is mold in most air conditioning systems. In fact, most people don’t know how much their HVAC system can affect their respiratory health. If you have asthma, emphysema or allergies, you are particularly at risk. We have an entire tool bag of options to improve air quality.
DAILY ASK THE EXPERTS HOTLINE: We have a person on staff who has 37 years of HVAC experience. He is also licensed in electrical, gas piping, HVAC and air quality. Each week we are going to make him available for free phone-in advice and information. Check our website for days and times. He will have all the info on rebates, geothermal, air quality and many other important issues. If you have an issue with your HVAC system that you have not been able to solve, he is your guy.
