Key Responsibilities

• Analyze HVAC system situations and determines customer’s requirements.
• Manage outside sales leads, keeping detailed records, and log all interactions and communications with potential customers in business software.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations establishing customer rapport. Ensure customers are well informed to make decisions about their comfort needs.
• Prepare sales contract, obtain signature, secure down payment, and submit to the Installation Department in a timely manner.
• You will be responsible for preparing installation documents and completing equipment material list(s).
• Work closely with office staff and installation team to ensure an efficient, smooth process from start to finish.
• Adhere to credit policies for customers.
• Be the primary contact throughout the project, including a home visit after the project is complete to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Achieve sales objectives as set forth by the company for the assigned area through company leads and self-generated leads, as required.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems including heat pumps, split systems, furnaces, rooftop units, boilers, ductless, etc.
• Will participate in on-call rotation and complete emergency repairs.
• Accurately document work performed.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and office staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC units, including: furnaces, air handlers, condensers, and rooftop units according to manufacturer specifications.
• Install, connect, and seal sheet metal or flexible duct systems, as well as copper refrigerant lines and gas lines.
• Wire both low and line voltage to heating and cooling equipment, including connecting to thermostats and control systems.
• Test electrical circuits, braze components, and run diagnostic tests to ensure proper, safe operation upon installation.
• Maintain accurate job records, including serial numbers and start-up documentation.
• Explain system operation to customers, ensure a clean workspace, and maintain a professional demeanor.
